Creative Oxygen is the signature we use in every country in which we are present. The word creative conveys the permanent capacity for invention on the part of Air Liquide’s employees, while the word oxygen is a reminder of Air Liquide’s history. Oxygen is the source of the Group’s development and is a vital resource for industry and health. More than just a molecule, oxygen is a source of inspiration for our employees, who are working to create new applications, for existing markets and those of tomorrow.
Safety relies on commitment from all and is everybody’s responsibility. Safe and reliable operations support the Group’s sustainable growth. To achieve both, our industrial fundamentals consist of technical standards supported by our Industrial Management System (IMS), which covers all aspects of an industrial workplace, whether it is IT projects, operations, logistics or services provided by the Group. An effective compliance to the IMS is not a matter of choice; rather, it is at the heart of the daily work life of Air Liquide employees.
Safety is not a matter of statistics, but of people, their health and their lives.
Consequently, the Group’s entities in India are also applying and following the Industrial Management System (IMS), which covers all aspects of an industrial workplace, whether it be IT projects, operations, logistics or services provided by the Group. An effective compliance to the IMS is not a matter of choice; rather, it is at the heart of the daily work life of Air Liquide employees.
Safety is not just a priority, as priorities change hour-to-hour and day-to-day based on what is going on in our lives, our work, and the world around us. For Air Liquide, safety is a VALUE, which remains constant and is formed by our environment, families, friends, and those around us. Our value defines us and is the basis on which we make our choices and decisions that directs us between what is right and what is wrong, safe and unsafe. When Safety is a value, it is not an additional part of your job or an "add-on"; instead it is an essential part of what you do and who you are.
At Air Liquide, it is our employees who make the difference towards our culture of safety through their active involvement and consistent demonstration of personal ownership and accountability. I am proud to be associated with an organization that continuously invests in the safety of its people, society and environment.
Together, let us continue to make safety a way of life.

“During my first visit to TARA in July 2014, I was informed of the upcoming project - TARA Girls - a project to rescue girl children who have been in situations of great danger and having no place to live, host them safely and empower them by giving them access to quality education, as a means to assimilate them into society and to assert their full rights. The zeal, involvement and commitment shown by the volunteers, motivated me to take up the project. I have seen it grow from a home with 2 girls in July 2015, to 11 angels today. My journey with the association has been truly meaningful, and the content smiles on the faces of these angels say it all!”
