Throughout the year, Air Liquide visits educational institutions around the world through student forums, job fairs, and recruiting events. These long-standing partnerships allow us to meet with students from diverse backgrounds, providing innovative initiatives and learning opportunities.

Our academic partnerships are designed for ambitious and curious students with a vision for the future. Learn and gain concrete experiences in the field as you explore Air Liquide as an intern or apprentice depending on your school curriculum. The diversity of Air Liquide gives you an opportunity to discover and work with teams from operations, R&D, sales, supply chain, finance, digital/IT, and more.

Collège des Ingénieurs, an integrated "action-learning" MBA program

Enrich your engineering background with an MBA at the Collège des Ingénieurs who welcome engineering and science graduates with up to three years’ experience from global leading universities. Enjoy hands-on learning, build your network and acquire new competencies. This integrated “action-learning” program combines management classes with consulting assignments in a company over 10 months. For many, it marks the beginning of a fulfilling career at Air Liquide. Today, we count more than a 100 alumni worldwide.

  • Timing: three intakes, September-June, February-October and May-February
  • Target profile: a Master's degree (or higher) in either an engineering or scientific discipline (STEM) from a top European university/Grande École with up to 3 years’ experience, driven graduates looking to broaden their experience in a highly innovative and international company
