In line with our long-term objectives, Air Liquide invests in the future generation of talent by co-creating dynamic environments where students can develop and grow. We connect with students through global partnerships with universities, internships and apprenticeships, a yearly Summer School and the Collège des Ingénieurs program.
Building campus partnerships
Throughout the year, Air Liquide visits educational institutions around the world through student forums, job fairs, and recruiting events. These long-standing partnerships allow us to meet with students from diverse backgrounds, providing innovative initiatives and learning opportunities.

Grand Hackathon Campus in France
A solidarity and inclusive event that mobilized employees, students and trainees for 4 days to support an association on a project with a strong environmental impact.
Summer intern selection in Taiwan
Every year, our local subsidiary Air Liquide Far Eastern invites young talents to experience the Air Liquide culture through various tasks.
International challenge in Italy
Young graduates from Spain, Portugal, Italy and France had the opportunity to assess their organizational and soft skills and participate in a business game.
Open day in China
Students from prestigious chinese universities had the opportunity to visit Air Liquide's Shanghai Innovation Campus and meet both management members and field experts.
The Pitch & Inspiring knowledge in Brazil
Interns at Air Liquide Brazil were given a unique opportunity to meet with the local management and present their elevator pitch. In turn, Directors were invited to share their experience during the Inspiring knowledge forum.
Internships & Apprenticeships
Our academic partnerships are designed for ambitious and curious students with a vision for the future. Learn and gain concrete experiences in the field as you explore Air Liquide as an intern or apprentice depending on your school curriculum. The diversity of Air Liquide gives you an opportunity to discover and work with teams from operations, R&D, sales, supply chain, finance, digital/IT, and more.
Summer School: insights and innovation
Every year, we provide an exclusive opportunity for 30 top students from around the world to connect at the Air Liquide head office in Paris in a week-long immersive experience. Selected by the local entities, you will represent your country as you work in international teams to come up with an innovative solution to a transformative business challenge and pitch your ideas to top executives in the Group. Discover the different activities of Air Liquide and experience different cultures as you network with experts from the field through presentations, site visits, and more!
- Timing: one week at the end of June
- Target profile: final year students in Master’s program or equivalent, fluent in English and eager to collaborate with a diverse group

Collège des Ingénieurs, an integrated "action-learning" MBA program
Enrich your engineering background with an MBA at the Collège des Ingénieurs who welcome engineering and science graduates with up to three years’ experience from global leading universities. Enjoy hands-on learning, build your network and acquire new competencies. This integrated “action-learning” program combines management classes with consulting assignments in a company over 10 months. For many, it marks the beginning of a fulfilling career at Air Liquide. Today, we count more than a 100 alumni worldwide.
- Timing: three intakes, September-June, February-October and May-February
- Target profile: a Master's degree (or higher) in either an engineering or scientific discipline (STEM) from a top European university/Grande École with up to 3 years’ experience, driven graduates looking to broaden their experience in a highly innovative and international company
