Scientific and technical expertise is key at Air Liquide. It’s what makes us strong and enables us to constantly innovate and stand out in our market. With this in mind, the Technical Community Leaders (TCL) program was created in 2003 to identify, recognize and develop our technical leaders.
Today, more than 4,400 Technical Community Leaders are innovating and delivering solutions to our customers and patients worldwide. Thanks to their knowledge and experience, this extensive network contributes to Air Liquide's performance everyday.
This year, the TCL program celebrates its 20th anniversary. For this occasion, discover the value that our experts bring to the Group through a few testimonials from members of the Executive Committee:
Innovation is at the core of Air Liquide’s DNA and is essential to inventing a more sustainable future. The role of the experts in the TCL network is thus crucial to addressing societal challenges, from the urgency of climate change and energy transition to the continuing need for healthcare and access to progress. And because we live in an open world that is constantly evolving, we must keep pace with the latest technological trends and the evolution of our customers’ specific needs. Air Liquide is, thus, committed not only to expanding its technical and scientific expertise, but also to increasing the diversity of profiles within TCL. One example is the creation of the “Women in TCL” community. This initiative enables the women of the Group to strengthen their expertise while allowing them to thrive within the TCL ecosystem, notably thanks to the establishment of a mentoring program that facilitates knowledge exchange and skill development. An initiative that benefits both mentees and their mentors.
