Vigilance Plan

Air Liquide’s Vigilance Plan includes the measures to identify the risks and prevent severe impacts on: 

• human rights and fundamental freedoms
• health and safety of persons
• the environment

These risks may result from the activities of the Group and those of subcontractors or suppliers with whom Air Liquide has an established commercial relationship. 

In accordance with enforced laws, Air Liquide’s 2025 Vigilance Plan is included in the 2025 Universal Registration Document. In addition, Air Liquide publishes a stand-alone version of its Vigilance Plan on this page to ensure transparency towards its stakeholders.

EthiCall, the whistleblowing system of the Group, is available to all employees, external service providers and external stakeholders. It allows any person who has direct knowledge of inappropriate behavior to confidentially raise an alert on any subject related to the duty of vigilance. Learn more about this whistleblowing system on our Ethics page.
