Contracts

Your colleagues do not necessarily need to have access to ZSN. You can be the single point of contact in ZSN.

If you want to collaborate on a contract with your colleagues, you must download the contract for an internal offline review outside of ZSN and then upload the amended version to ZSN.

Only contacts which have been previously identified by Air Liquide are present in the drop down list.If you don't find the contact you're looking for, please reach out to your Air Liquide point of contact as your company information is not editable.

No. To edit your contract, go to the "Contracts" tab, click on "Edit contract offline" in the "Action" drop down list.

Your contract will be downloaded on your computer, you will then be able to edit it. Once edited, upload it back to ZSN by clicking on "Upload" in the "Action" drop down list. Please make sure that you edit and upload the same document without changing the format: ".docx".

If the electronic signature is not valid in your country, you can still ask your Air Liquide Point of contact to send you the paper version to be signed manually.

Once signed, send it back by email.
