Play your part in the inner workings of the Group by voting the resolutions :
- Online voting: between 7 April and 4 May at 3 p.m. (Paris time)
- Voting by mail: between 7 April and 2 May at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time)

Air Liquide will present its First Quarter 2026 Revenue during an analyst's conference call (English only).

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. Any Air Liquide Shareholder is eligible to attend the General Meeting.

The end of the year is an ideal time to pass on shares to your loved ones. There are two ways of passing on your shares (donation or inheritance). To ensure that your gift is taken into account before the end of the year holidays, remember to send your request as early as October.

Please note: Shares purchased on December 30 and 31, 2026, will only be recorded in 2027 and will qualify for the Loyalty Bonus starting in 2030.
