There are two ways to hold Air Liquide shares. Either with Air Liquide, in which case your shares are in direct registered form, or with a financial institution, in which case your shares are either bearer shares or administered registered shares.

If you are a Shareholder at a financial institution and you hold intermediary registered shares, you are also able to access your online Shareholder Portal. You can consult your portfolio. However, you do not have access to the transactions section.

If you hold direct registered shares with Air Liquide, you can:

view all of your Air Liquide security accounts any time you like in just a few clicks, and access your personal information directly; make your transactions online and so buy or sell shares 24 hours a day whenever you want; consult your account documents, your stock portfolio and your rights to the loyalty bonus; view the amount of your dividends and your transaction history in real time; request an emailed invitation to the Annual General Meeting and vote on the resolutions.

If your securities account or share savings plan is with a bank, and you are an intermediary registered Shareholder, you can:

view all your managed Air Liquide securities accounts and download your stock portfolio; request an emailed invitation to the Annual General Meeting and vote on the resolutions; access your personal information directly.

Whether you hold direct registered shares with Air Liquide or your securities account or share savings plan is managed by a financial institution, there are two main ways in which you can place your stock market orders.

You buy or sell at the current share price: your order has priority, meaning it is executed immediately and in full. No cancellation is possible, you are therefore guaranteed to complete the transaction.

You buy or sell at a price you have set: the order is conditional on reaching this limit price. It can therefore be partially executed, cancellation is possible provided the order is not fully executed.

If the share price does not reach the limit you set, the order will not be fulfilled. You do not need to follow share price performance, because the limit you set is fixed for a given period.

If you hold direct registered shares with Air Liquide, you can place your orders from your Online Shareholder Portal.
