Holding my Air Liquide registered shares allows me to maintain a special and close relationship with the company.
If I hold my shares in a financial institution, they are registered as bearer shares by default.
I can request that the financial institution convert them to intermediary registered shares.
By filling in the share conversion form available at airliquide.com or from your Air Liquide Shareholder Relations Advisors and sending it to my financial institution.
Following the conversion, my shares are registered in my name in the Air Liquide share register and eligible for the loyalty bonus.

By filling in the share transfer form available at airliquide.com or from your Air Liquide Shareholder Relations Advisors and sending it to my financial institution.

The dividend is the portion of a company’s net profit that is distributed to Shareholders.
For the last 20 years, Air Liquide has always maintained or increased the face value of its dividends.
The dividend is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. Once approved, the dividend will be paid out and my bank account will be credited.
If I hold my shares at a financial institution, bearer or intermediary registered, Air Liquide pays the gross dividend to my financial institution, which will then credit my account with the dividend net of withholding taxes.
If I hold direct registered shares with Air Liquide, my bank account will be credited with the dividend net of withholding taxes.
When I receive dividends, a 31.4% withholding tax is deducted, including a 12,8% advance tax.
If I am resident in France for tax purposes, I can make a request for exemption from advance withholding for dividends received in the following year.
The request must be made between 1 September and 30 November.
