An initiative aiming at young students to get to know Air Liquide through Summer School. Summer school gives the oportunity to a group of students, world widely, to spend a week in Paris, during which they visit the Group’s Headquarters, as well as a number of Air Liquide’s production units. The International Internship Program is only the beginning for young graduates from Economic or Engineering universities, with a solid academic background who speak foreign languages, to work for 2 to 3 months in one of Air Liquide’s facilities around the world, combining knowledge on their faculty and international experience. VIE program is a Group’s initiative, providing graduates with a unique opportunity to work for 1 to 2 years for a specific project in an international environment. ALLEX represents a 24 months training and development program, aiming at integrating young graduates to the group, at the early stages of their professional career, offering the opportunity to work at any department/activity of the Group. It is addressed to Economic or Technical universities graduates, with an experience in a multinational environment. During the course of the program, participants undertake different tasks every semester, thus acquiring a significant experience and building an international network.
