My online Shareholder Portal

The Shareholder Portal can be accessed by all registered Shareholders.



If you are a direct registered Shareholder, your Shareholder Portal has been designed to help you manage your Air Liquide stock portfolio easily and securely. You can use it to place stock orders, view your portfolio, change your contact details, etc.

If you have already logged in, enter your usual email address and access code.



If you are a first-time user, enter the shareholder ID listed on the account documents sent to you by Shareholder Services Department and follow the instructions.

If you are a direct registered Shareholder, your shareholder ID appears on all account-related documents sent to you by Shareholder Services Department.



If you are an intermediary registered Shareholder, your shareholder ID can be found on documents relating to your Invitation to the Group’s General Meeting.

To reset your access code, enter your email address when you log in to your Shareholder Portal and click on "Forgot or invalid access code".

A link allowing you to reset your access code will be sent to you by email.

To change your access code, log in to your Shareholder Portal.

In the "My profile" section, click on "Change my access code" and follow the instructions.

The secret key is a security code used to verify that you are the person requesting the activation of your Shareholder Portal.



If you did not provide an email address when you opened your securities account, when you log in to your Shareholder Portal for the first time, the secret key required to verify your identity will be sent to you by mail within 10 days. All you have to do is fill out the form on the first time login page by providing your Air Liquide ID, your email address, your last name, your first name and your date of birth in order to enter the secret key that you received by mail and thus create your personal access code.



For future log-ins, you may log in using your usual email address and access code.

To change your email address, log in to your Shareholder Portal using your usual email address and access code. In the "My profile"> "Personal information" section, click on “Modify” then enter your new email address.

It is possible to access all of the accounts that you manage by connecting just once to your Shareholder Portal using the same login details.



To do so, log in to your Shareholder Portal. In the "My profile" section, click on "Add an account" and follow the instructions.



You will then be able to access the added accounts from "My profile" > "Change account".
