Updating my personal details

If you are a direct registered Shareholder, you can change your postal address directly from your Shareholder Portal in the "My Profile" section> "Personal information."

Please note: if you hold direct registered shares and intermediary registered shares under the same account or identifier, your request to change your address should be made to your financial institution, which will inform us of the changes to be made.

If you hold intermediary registered shares or bearer shares, these formalities must be carried out directly with your financial institution.

If you are a registered Shareholder, to update your email address, log in to your Shareholder Portal using your usual email address and password.  In the "My profile"> "Personal information" section, click on “Modify” then enter your new email address.

If you are a registered Shareholder, to change your cell phone number, log in to your Shareholder Portal using your usual email address and password. In the "My profile"> "Personal information" section, click on “Modify” then enter your new telephone number.
