If you purchased your shares with Air Liquide, your shares are direct registered shares.

If you purchased your shares from your financial institution, your securities are bearer shares by default or intermediary registered shares if you completed the necessary formalities with your bank.
Our dedicated factsheet presents an overview of the characteristics and advantages of each of the three shareholding options.

Note that each time you buy further shares from your financial institution, your new securities are held in bearer form. It is your responsibility to initiate the necessary formalities to convert your bearer shares to intermediary registered shares in order to benefit from the loyalty bonus after two full calendar years. You can download the conversion request form here or complete an online version if your bank offers this service.

If you are an intermediary registered Shareholder or a bearer Shareholder, your financial institution remains your point of contact.

Your Air Liquide shares are divided into four "value codes" (or ISIN codes) that you can use to check your eligibility for the loyalty bonus. If you hold direct registered shares, these codes can be found on your account documents accessible in your online Shareholder Portal.

Shares held in a share savings plan are bearer shares by default. If you would like to benefit from the advantages of registered shares, ask your financial institution to convert your shares to intermediary registered shares using this form or complete an online version if your bank offers this service.

To benefit from the loyalty bonus as of 2029, your securities must be converted before December 29, 2026. This allows you to maintain the tax benefits of a share savings plan and also benefit from Air Liquide's loyalty bonus.

Please note that as Air Liquide does not have financial institution status, it cannot offer cash accounts. It is therefore not possible to open or transfer a direct registered share savings plan to Air Liquide.

If you are a bearer Shareholder and would like to benefit from the advantages of registered shares, ask your financial institution to convert your shares to intermediary registered shares using this form or complete an online version if your bank offers this service. To benefit from the loyalty bonus as of 2029, your securities must be converted before December 29, 2026.

Please consult your financial institution regarding any conversion fees that may apply.
