My securities account on a daily basis

When you open a direct registered securities account, Air Liquide requires you complete and sign an Account agreement, in accordance with Article L. 322-67-4 of the General Regulations of the French financial market authority (Autorité des marchés financiers). This document includes all of the contractual commitments between you and Air Liquide. This Agreement also allows you to place stock orders online through your Shareholder Portal.

Providing us with your email address simplifies the formalities to activate your Shareholder Portal. You may also choose to receive information from us by email: financial information, invitations to events, competitions, etc.

All documents relating to your account can be accessed in the "My Document library" section of your Shareholder Portal: Securities account statement, tax reporting form, dividend payment letter, Market transaction statements, etc.

Also access to your latest account documents directly from the home page of your Shareholder Portal.

To know in real time your number of shares and the shares eligible for the loyalty bonus, please check on your Shareholder Portal in the "My Portfolio" section.

At the beginning of each year, Air Liquide also issues your Securities account statement as at December 31 of the previous year. This document states the number of shares that you own as well as those eligible for the loyalty bonus.

Please note: for security and confidentiality reasons, our advisors are not allowed to tell you over the phone your stock portfolio as well as your personal data .

You have direct access to all documents related to your account issued since 2010 in the "My Document library” section of your Shareholder Portal. You can also download a copy of your account status at the date of your choice in the "My Portfolio" section.

If your securities account is in your name only, you can ask for it to be transformed into a joint account to add your spouse’s name. To do so, please complete and sign this form and send it to us using the page "Contact us" “My Procedures”> Regularise my account agreement” section with the supporting documents requested on the back of the form.

Please note that depending on your matrimonial property regime, transforming an individual account into a joint account may be considered as an indirect gift by the tax authorities. We advise you to consult your legal advisor for further information.

You may appoint a proxy to help you manage your securities account. Please complete and sign this form, have the person you have appointed as your proxy sign the form, and send it to us accompanied by the documents requested. Your proxy will then be able to access your account, update your contact details and place purchase or sale orders. The proxy, however, will not be able to pay for purchase orders or receive any amounts from a sale. These amounts will be charged to the bank account linked to your account.

The legal representative(s) of a minor are the only persons authorized to open a securities account for a minor. They must complete and sign the Securities Account Agreement and the Minor's Securities Account Authorization. Only one legal representative will be appointed, which will give him/her access to the Shareholder Portal to manage the minor's securities account.

Please note: once the holder has reached the age of majority, he/she must regularize his/her securities account agreement by sending it to us signed.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an account status at the date of the ruling.

You will then be able to access the account, change the contact details, place orders, etc.

Your account is automatically deactivated once you have sold all of your shares. You do not have to do anything. Air Liquide shareholders do not pay handling or management fees. You may reactivate your account at any time by buying one or more shares. To do so, retain your account information (shareholder ID, email address and access code for your Shareholder Portal ) and place an order via your Shareholder Portal.
